No. Lake Koshkonong water is not being held back - ALL gates are FULLY open.

The 6 slide gates are 100% open, as indicated by both the position of the slides and the position of the large screws that raise and lower the doors on their tracks.

Recently, I have received several calls saying the slide gates were NOT fully open.  It only appears this way because of the elevation of the water is higher than the highest point the slides can be raised.

90%+ has been measured to be flowing over the spillway during high water and flood stage lake levels.
