USGS Misses Mark

Better to be forewarned about rising lake levels on Koshkonong - but scroll down and you will see the prediction graph from USGS.

They missed High by nearly a foot.

RKLD Chairman Emeritus Jim Folk was the only person who could hit the prediction bullseye nearly every time.  And sadly, his formulas for deciphering inflows, run-off, snow melt, rainfall, ground water, frost lines, etc, etc, were lost when we lost him.

And we miss him, greatly.
