Major flooding on Rock River

From the Madison Capital Times

The early morning water depth reading on the Rock River at Newville was at 11.6 feet, 1.6 feet above flood stage and only .63 feet away from the all-time high water crest of 12.23 feet set on April 25, 1993.

This claim is just lousy, lazy reporting, "all-time high," is simply factually incorrect.

And they wonder why people in Madison call them the "Crap Times."
